This year try something different for your conference. Oxygen bars are new and funky. It makes your delegates look very much like scientists. We tried it out at a function that our staff attended and it was way out there.
Other great ideas are getting massage therapists to do head and shoulder treatments of delegates when they arrive.
Why not try a completely different look for your conference bags. If you plan ahead (a lot of custom factories can take up to 8 weeks to manufacture),then you can really have a terrific function.
